Brief introduction of titanium reduction rotary kiln
  Rotary kiln for titanium reduction The structure of the kiln is similar to that of rotary kiln in alumina and cement industries. Its cylinder is made of steel plate and lined with fire-resistant lining to form a specified angle with the horizontal line. The cylinder body is sheathed with three pieces of rectangular tyre, which are supported on the supporting devices of each gear. A large gear ring is fixed on the cylinder body near the intermediate pulley with a small gear meshed with it. In normal operation, the main drive motor transmits power to the open gear unit through the main reducer to drive the rotary kiln.

Advantages of titanium reduction rotary kiln products:
1. Structure: the rotary kiln of titanium reduction is composed of rotary cylinder, supporting device, supporting device with retaining wheel, sealing device at kiln head and kiln tail, coal injection pipe device, etc.
2. Components: in addition to the main drive, the transmission part of titanium reduction rotary kiln is also equipped with auxiliary transmission device to ensure that the kiln body can still rotate slowly and prevent the kiln body from deformation when the main drive power supply is interrupted. 5. Installation: the kiln body of titanium reduction rotary kiln is inclined to the level, the whole kiln body is supported by supporting wheel device, and there is a block wheel device to control the kiln body to move up and down.

Working principle of titanium reduction rotary kiln:
The filtered titanium dioxide hydrolysate filter cake is fed into the tail end (high end of the cylinder) of the rotary kiln with a certain slope and slow rotation. At the same time, the clean flame and hot air are blown into the kiln by the combustion mixing chamber in the direction of the kiln head (the low end of the cylinder) to dehydrate and calcine the filter cake. After being dehydrated and calcined at a high temperature above 1000 ℃, the hydrolyzed titanium dioxide filter cake rolls along the circumference and moves along the axial direction (from the high end to the low end) with the help of the inclined titanium dioxide rotary kiln body to continuously complete the dehydration and calcination process. Finally, through the double hydraulic flap discharge valve at the lower part of the kiln head cover, the material after cooling and screening is titanium dioxide finished product.
