     Rotary kiln for limonite (hematite) With simple design structure, convenient operation and control, less vulnerable parts in production and high operation rate, the products out of the kiln after calcination are of high quality. The professional technical team with rich experience and hard technical strength can provide advanced high-efficiency vertical tube preheater and five-stage cyclone preheater for the majority of users. The kiln head cover of limonite (hematite) rotary kiln adopts large volume mode, and the kiln door structure is opened to make the air flow more stable in production. The seal of kiln head and kiln tail adopts double sealing form of radial friction labyrinth and fish scale, with simple structure and convenient maintenance, which is the advanced sealing form in China at present.
Limonite rotary kiln Brief description of process flow:
 
   1、 The raw ore is directly fed into the kiln tail of the rotary kiln through the electronic belt measuring scale, belt conveyor, stable silo and air lock valve from the storage, and only the stable silo is set at the kiln tail to reduce the investment.
2. When the ore enters the rotary kiln, it is heated first. The raw ore moves reversely with the hot gas flow in the kiln. In the heating area, the raw ore is heated to the reduction temperature and then enters the reduction area,
3. The flame center temperature in the reduction zone is controlled at about 1000 ℃, and the thermal atmosphere temperature in the reduction zone is controlled at about 700 ℃. It reacts with reduction gas to reduce magnetite.
4. After that, it enters the cooling belt and meets the incoming gas. The gas is preheated. The ore is cooled and discharged out of the kiln. After being cooled by the continuous bucket conveyor, it is put into the storage for selection.
