working principle:
 
The material powder is fed into the kiln barrel from the discharge pipe at the high end of the kiln tail body. Due to the inclination and slow rotation of the kiln barrel, the material will roll in the circumferential direction and move from the high end to the low end along the axial direction. The raw meal is discharged from the bottom end of the kiln barrel after burning through the process of incomprehensibility and burning in the early kiln.
The fuel is injected from the shaking head and burned in the kiln. The heat emitted heats the raw material to calcine the clinker. The hot air formed in the process of material exchange with the raw material enters the grinding system from the feed end of the kiln, and then is discharged into the atmosphere by the chimney.
