System structure:
   1. The specification of rotary kiln should be based on the production requirements of the sintering system, combined with raw materials, fuel conditions and the configuration of preheater, calciner, cooler and other factors to determine the selection of process equipment.
   2. The length diameter ratio (L / D) of preheater kiln and precalciner kiln should be 11-16.
   3. The gradient of preheater kiln and precalciner kiln should be 3.5% - 4%; the maximum speed: precalciner kiln is generally 3.0-3.5r/min; preheater kiln is generally 2.0-2.5r/min; speed regulation range is 1:10.
   4. The forced air cooling method is adopted for the cooling of rotary kiln.
   5. The temperature detection measures are set in the firing zone of rotary kiln to ensure the normal operation of the cylinder.
   6. The main motor of rotary kiln adopts frequency modulation motor to realize stepless speed regulation of kiln body drive; meanwhile, auxiliary drive and standby power supply are set to ensure normal operation of equipment and prevent heavy loss caused by sudden failure of equipment.  

working principle

   The raw ore is directly fed into the kiln tail of calcium aluminate rotary kiln through the electronic belt weighing scale, belt conveyor, stable silo and air lock valve from the storage, and only stable silo is set at the kiln tail to reduce investment. When the ore enters the calcium aluminate rotary kiln, it is heated first. The raw ore moves reversely with the hot gas flow in the kiln. In the heating area, the raw ore is heated to the reduction temperature and then enters the reduction zone. The flame center temperature in the reduction zone is controlled at about 1000 ℃, and the thermal atmosphere temperature in the reduction zone is controlled at about 700 ℃ to react with the reduction gas. After that, it enters the cooling belt and meets the gas. The gas is preheated. The ore is cooled and discharged out of the calcium aluminate rotary kiln. After being cooled by a continuous bucket conveyor, it is put into the storage for selection.
