  Rotary kiln It is usually used to calcine chemical clinker. Its work is mainly carried out at high temperature. The heat dissipation effect of kiln has a great relationship with the production quality of products. Then its heat dissipation has become a more concerned topic of the manufacturer. The following is a brief introduction to the heat dissipation of the kiln.

The heat dissipation of rotary kiln system is mainly concentrated on the shell of the kiln, accounting for about 60% of the total heat dissipation. Therefore, reducing the surface temperature of the kiln is the key to reduce the system heat dissipation. In order to reduce the surface heat dissipation of kiln body, it is mainly to select suitable refractory materials. In the firing zone, it is mainly to maintain the kiln skin with reasonable thickness, because the thermal conductivity of kiln skin is less than that of alkaline conversion. The pre decomposition zone is mainly composed of silicomolybdate bricks with low thermal conductivity and various composite bricks. If the bricks are properly selected and the kiln skin is well maintained, the temperature of the whole kiln can be reduced from 350 ℃ to 250 ℃ to 300 ℃ because the thermal conductivity of the kiln skin is much lower than that of the refractory brick. Only this item can reduce coal consumption and the energy saving effect is quite objective.

The main reason is that there is no thermal insulation material used in the masonry of preheater refractory, or the insulation material used does not reach the required thickness of rotary kiln. Especially in the maintenance of the old line, the construction team pursues the construction speed, does not use insulation materials, the system surface temperature is higher, more heat dissipation, resulting in increased coal consumption

The body of the rotary kiln car collapsed in the furnace, and the reason was analyzed

1. The loading does not meet the requirements, or the billet stack is unstable, or the cushion brick is loose.

2. Kiln car derailment or kiln car running imbalance.

3. The temperature of the products fired in the rotary kiln is too high or the holding time is long, and the products are burnt and deformed, resulting in the skewness of the product column and collapse.

4. Collide with kiln wall or protrusion in rotary kiln.

5. Unreasonable temperature distribution in the rotary kiln, low high-temperature strength of the scaffolding or poor performance of the rapid cooling and heating, resulting in cracking of the scaffolding.

6. The moisture content of the kiln body entering the kiln is too high, the temperature of the preheating zone is too high, or the temperature difference between the upper and lower parts of the preheating zone is too large, which may cause the collapse of the billet stack directly, or it may be stuck in the gap between the kiln car and the kiln wall, resulting in the increase of the resistance of the incoming car, the movement of the material stack or the pad brick, and the collapse of the billet stack.
