1. Regular sewage discharge

Regular blowdown is mainly carried out in the lower part of rotary kiln. The quantity of regular blowdown mainly depends on the quality of feed water, which is usually once every 24 hours. However, if the equipment feed water is clean condensed water, the make-up water must be chemically desalted or used. When a small amount of softened water is used, the interval of regular discharge can be greatly extended. At the same time, there will be a certain interval of regular sewage. How to control this interval and control it regularly. In fact, the specific interval time and operation time of kiln regular blowdown are determined by the workshop according to the quality of boiler water.

2. Continuous blowdown

The main function of continuous blowdown is to discharge the soluble salt in boiler water to keep the salt content and other control indexes in the specified range. Therefore, the sewage should be continuously discharged from places with high salt concentration. However, the discharge of coarse slag can also be eliminated.

In the above article, two kinds of sewage discharge methods of rotary kiln are introduced, i.e. regular sewage discharge and continuous sewage discharge. Each method adapts to different conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to select the mode of sewage discharge according to its own situation. In view of this, in order to achieve better results and promote better work of furnace equipment.

 

After the raw materials enter the rotary kiln, the raw materials are put into storage from the bottom of the raw materials. The manual gate valve, the electrically controlled pneumatic valve and the electric control flow valve are divided into seven areas and enter into the raw material standard bin; the raw materials after aeration and homogenization are sent into the belt hopper and sent to the preheater through the manual gate valve, electronic pneumatic valve, electric flow valve and chute; In the preheater of rotary kiln, the raw materials are exchanged with hot air. After reaching the cyclone separator, the preheater enters the calciner for calcination, and then enters five sets. After the cyclone separator is separated, the materials are calcined in the rotary kiln; the decomposing furnace of the rotary kiln is composed of the furnace body and the air outlet pipe, and one side of the third air pipe is inclined into the furnace, and the materials are sent into the furnace from two discharge outlets. The decomposed materials are collected by the five-stage cyclone separator and then calcined into a rotary kiln. The rotary kiln is cooled by three-stage grate cooler with hydraulic stroke. The actual area of trampoline is 121.2 square meters. The dust collected by rotary kiln head and cooler clinker is combined together and sent to three clinker piles by skirt conveyor. The hot air of the high temperature part of the cooler enters the rotary kiln as the secondary air of the kiln, and a part of the hot air enters the calciner as the tertiary air. The hot air from the cooler enters the pulverizer to dry the raw coal. The remaining gas is discharged after dust collection and dust removal. In the process of waste gas treatment in the atmosphere, the high-temperature gas of the preheater is pumped by the high-temperature fan, and then cooled by the humidifying tower as the drying heat source of the raw material system, or discharged into the atmospheric tail after dust removal by rotary kiln.
